Organic Wild Oregano Oil

Not all oregano oil is the same plant. Not all Mediterranean oregano is the same extract. The variable that determines potency is carvacrol — the active phenol that drives oregano oil's antimicrobial activity. Most products don't tell you their carvacrol percentage because they don't want you to compare it to a product that does. This is wild-harvested from Mediterranean sources. High carvacrol concentration. The antimicrobial properties are broad-spectrum: antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and specifically active against Candida. That last one is why this ends up in more people's year-round rotation than any other product in the line. The capsule format means you get the full potency without the burning sensation that comes with liquid drops. If you've avoided oregano oil because of the intensity of the liquid, this is the way in. I've used oregano oil longer than any other herb in my rotation. Decades. I've thrown out bottles that weren't worth finishing and kept the ones that were. Wild-harvest Mediterranean source is not interchangeable with cultivated oregano oil — the carvacrol content is not the same plant.
